Tinman Foundation for the Creative Arts has developed an initiative that uses innovative communication to address the divide between law enforcement and inner-city communities. Todd Inman, Founder of the Foundation, was the victim of excessive violence at the hands of the police. Todd had a public mental health crisis and the police resorted to using their billyclubs instead of tasers to calm the situation. Todd ended up in the hospital with a 10% chance of survival.
